Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our Site. We value the rights of intellectual property and expect the same in return. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) policy, copyright owners or their representatives can submit a notice to us regarding any infringement concerns. As an internet service provider, we have immunity from infringement claims under the DMCA “safe harbor” provisions. In order to submit an infringement claim, specific information must be provided to us, including a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner and details about the allegedly infringing material.
